Mariners are cautioned to remain a safe distance away from the dredge, buoys, cables, pipeline, barges, derricks, wires,  and related equipment. Submerged pipeline will be placed to facilitate dredging. Monitor VHF channel 16 for information on the pipe-laying operation.
