  ANZ400-212100- 330 AM EST MON NOV 21 2011   .SYNOPSIS FOR THE COASTAL WATERS FROM SANDY HOOK NJ TO FENWICK ISLAND DE AND FOR DELAWARE BAY...  A WEAK COLD FRONT WILL MOVE FROM NORTH TO SOUTH OVER THE FORECAST AREA TODAY AND THEN BECOME NEARLY STATIONARY OVER THE MID ATLANTIC REGION. LOW PRESSURE WILL ORGANIZE OVER THE SOUTHERN PLAINS EARLY ON TUESDAY AND THEN LIFT TOWARD OUR AREA FOR THE MIDWEEK PERIOD. HIGH PRESSURE IS FORECAST TO FOLLOW BEGINNING THANKSGIVING DAY. THE HIGH WILL SLOWLY DRIFT ACROSS THE EASTERN SEABOARD AND OUT TO SEA ON SATURDAY.
