Forwarding the following from the Mariners’ Advisory Committee for the
Bay and River Delaware:
Notice: Bulkhead Shoal Channel
Until all buoys in Bulkhead Shoal Channel leading into PBF Delaware City
are repaired and replaced in their proper positions all ships are
restricted to sailing during daylight hours or, if at night, flood
current only. No ship shall sail at night during the ebb.
