.SYNOPSIS FOR THE COASTAL WATERS FROM SANDY HOOK NJ TO FENWICK
ISLAND DE AND FOR DELAWARE BAY...

HIGH PRESSURE WILL BUILD ACROSS OUR REGION TODAY AS LOW PRESSURE
PASSES WELL TO OUR SOUTHEAST AND EAST. A FRONTAL BOUNDARY FROM THE
WEST IS EXPECTED TO LIFT ACROSS OUR REGION ON FRIDAY. MEANWHILE,
ANOTHER LOW IS FORECAST TO DEVELOP WELL OFF CAPE HATTERAS TONIGHT
AND IT SHOULD PROGRESS TO THE NORTH ON FRIDAY. COMPLEX LOW
PRESSURE IS EXPECTED TO REMAIN OVER NEW ENGLAND, ATLANTIC CANADA
AND THE ADJACENT WATERS DURING THE WEEKEND. THE LOW IS FORECAST TO
DRIFT TO THE NORTHEAST EARLY IN THE NEW WEEK.
