DREDGING IN MIFFLIN RANGE AND MANTUA CREEK ANCHORAGE

The Captain of the Port Sector Delaware Bay advises all mariners
transiting Mifflin Range and the upriver end of Mantua Creek Anchorage
(Anchorage 9) that the Army Corps of Engineers has begun maintenance
dredging operations in those areas. The DREDGE MCFARLAND will begin
dredging on April 16, 2010 and continue until April 30, 2010. Dredging
will resume on May 14, 2010 and continue until May 28, 2010.

During these two operational periods dredging will be conducted 24 hours
a day 7 days a week. The upriver end of Mantua Creek Anchorage above
longitude line 75 12’ 36” WILL BE CLOSED to vessels from April 19, 2010
to April 30, 2010 and from May 14, 2010 to May 28, 2010.
