Forwarding the following from the Mariners Advisory Committee for the Bay
and River Delaware:



Notice

“Maintenance dredging is complete in the Chesapeake and Delaware Canal.
The most recent soundings indicate that there are no areas of significant
shoaling. Therefore, the maximum draft for vessels transiting the C & D
Canal will be increased to 33 feet.”
