Notice:RECEIVED FOR MARITIME EXCHANGE--

THE CAPTAIN OF THE PORT DELAWARE BAY IS NOTIFYING MARINERS OF AN

> EMERGENCY SAFETY ZONE ESTABLISHED FOR THE ENTIRE LENGTH OF THE MIFFLIN

> RANGE IN THE DELAWARE RIVER, MANTUA CREEK, MANTUA CREEK ANCHORAGE, AND

> WOODBURY CREEK. THE EMERGENCY SAFETY ZONE IS ACTIVATED IMMEDIATELY AND

> UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. VESSEL TRAFFIC IN THESE AREAS IS RESTRICTED AND

> PERMISSION TO TRANSIT WILL ONLY BE GRANTED BY THE COAST GUARD OR ON

> SCENE PATROL COMMANDER. TO OBTAIN PERMISSION, PRIOR TO ENTERING THIS

> SAFETY ZONE, ALL VESSELS MUST CONTACT THE COAST GUARD COMMAND CENTER

> VIA VHF CHANNEL 16 OR VIA TELEPHONE AT (215) 271-4807. IF PERMISSION

> TO PROCEED IS GRANTED, TRAFFIC MUST TRANSIT AT MINIMUM SAFE SPEEDS AND

> ON THE PENNSYLVANIA SIDE OF THE CHANNEL. ANY QUESTIONS REGARDING THIS

> CLOSURE OR SAFETY ZONE SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO THE COAST GUARD COMMAND

> CENTER AT 215-271-4807.
