* WHAT...Northeast winds 10 to 15 kt with gusts up to 25 kt and

  seas 3 to 5 ft expected.

* WHERE...Coastal waters from Great Egg Inlet to Fenwick Island

  DE out 20 nm.

* WHEN...Until 6 AM EDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller

vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.

 .SYNOPSIS FOR THE COASTAL WATERS FROM SANDY HOOK NJ TO FENWICK

ISLAND DE AND FOR DELAWARE BAY...

High pressure will build in from the north and maintain dry weather

for most of this week except for Wednesday night when a cold front

will cross the region bringing some scattered showers. An upper

level low will develop over the southeastern US and meander in the

vicinity of the Mid-Atlantic through the holiday weekend.
