adjacent to the mouth of Delaware Bay out 20 nm.

There is a low probability of widespread hazardous weather.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday.

Gale-force winds and/or very rough seas are forecast on Friday.

Gale-force winds and/or very rough seas are forecast on Saturday.

.SYNOPSIS FOR THE COASTAL WATERS FROM SANDY HOOK NJ TO FENWICK

ISLAND DE AND FOR DELAWARE BAY...

The weak cold front pushes offshore this morning, becoming a

stationary boundary to our south. High pressure briefly returns

on Thursday, before moving off the New England coast Thursday

night. A series of low pressure systems will pass through the

region this weekend, with the first occuring Friday into

Saturday and the second occuring Sunday into Monday. The

unsettled pattern will then linger through the middle portion of

next week.

SE winds around 10 kt. Seas around 3 ft. E swell

around 2 ft at 10 seconds. A slight chance of showers late this

morning.

TONIGHT

SE winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas around 3 ft. E swell 2 to

3 ft at 10 seconds.

FRI

E winds 15 to 20 kt with gusts up to 30 kt. Seas 4 to

7 ft. E swell 3 to 8 ft at 7 seconds. A chance of rain in the

morning, then rain in the afternoon.

FRI NIGHT

E winds 20 to 25 kt, diminishing to 15 to 20 kt

after midnight. Seas 6 to 9 ft. SE swell 6 to 9 ft at 7 seconds.

Rain.

SAT

SE winds 10 to 15 kt with gusts up to 25 kt. Seas 6 to

9 ft. SE swell 5 to 9 ft at 8 seconds. Rain.

SAT NIGHT

S winds 5 to 10 kt, becoming W after midnight. Seas

5 to 7 ft. E swell 5 to 7 ft at 8 seconds. A chance of rain.

SUN

SE winds 5 to 10 kt, increasing to 10 to 15 kt in the

afternoon, then becoming S 15 to 20 kt in the evening, becoming

SW after midnight. Seas 4 to 6 ft. Rain likely in the morning,

then rain.

MON

W winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft, subsiding to 3 to

4 ft after midnight. A chance of rain in the morning.

- Use reference station Philadelphia.

- Vessels may sail 3 hours before low water and up until 1.5 hours after low water at Philadelphia.

37’ - 40’ outbound from Paulsboro

- Please use reference station Marcus Hook.

- Vessels may sail from Paulsboro 1 hour before low water up until 3 hours after low water at Marcus Hook.

37’ - 40’ outbound from Marcus Hook (anchorage or berth)

- Please use reference station Marcus Hook.
