EVENING...

* WHAT...West winds 10 to 15 kt with gusts up to 25 kt. Gusts up

  to 30 kt possible along the immediate coast of Delaware.

* WHERE...Coastal waters from Cape May NJ to Cape Henlopen DE

  out 20 nm and Coastal waters from Cape Henlopen to Fenwick

  Island DE out 20 nm.

* WHEN...Until 6 PM EDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller

vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.

.SYNOPSIS FOR THE COASTAL WATERS FROM SANDY HOOK NJ TO FENWICK

ISLAND DE AND FOR DELAWARE BAY...

Low pressure over southern Canada will slowly proceed

northeastward away from our region thru the next couple of days,

allowing high pressure to build northeastward toward the region

before becoming a Bermuda high by Friday. A slow moving storm

system will impact the region over the weekend, with cooler

weather returning early next week.

gusts up to 25 kt late this morning and early afternoon, then

diminishing to 10 to 15 kt with gusts up to 25 kt late. Seas 2 to

3 ft.

NW winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 to 3 ft.

WED

W winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 to 3 ft. NW swell up to 3 ft at

2 seconds.

SW winds around 5 kt. Seas around 2 ft. S swell
