* WHAT...South winds 10 to 15 kt with gusts up to 25 kt expected.

* WHERE...Coastal waters from Great Egg Inlet NJ to Fenwick

  Island DE out 20 nm.

* WHEN...From noon today to 8 PM EDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller

vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.

.SYNOPSIS FOR THE COASTAL WATERS FROM SANDY HOOK NJ TO FENWICK

ISLAND DE AND FOR DELAWARE BAY...

A weak warm front lifts north of the region today. Warmer air

on the south side of the front will dominate Tuesday and

Wednesday before a cold front crosses the region Thursday.

Another Canadian high pressure will build in for the end of the

week.

gusts up to 25 kt late this morning and afternoon. Seas 2 to

3 ft. SE swell around 2 ft at 9 seconds, becoming S 2 to 3 ft at

5 seconds this afternoon.

TONIGHT

S winds 10 to 15 kt with gusts up to 25 kt. Seas 2 to

4 ft. S swell 2 to 4 ft at 4 seconds.

TUE

S winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas 2 to 4 ft. S swell 2 to 3 ft at

4 seconds.

TUE NIGHT

S winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas around 2 ft. S swell around

2 ft at 4 seconds after midnight.
