<span-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:black;mso-fareast-language:EN-US">With up to 28 Delaware River Main Channel closures, the Silver Run Project will affect operations for everyone on the river for as long as two months. Vessel traffic will be delayed both ways, and tide-constrained vessels may be more impacted. Considering the highly technical nature of burying the cables 25 feet below the river bottom and the complexity of the entire operation, planning and preparedness are key to mitigate impacts. The Silver Run Project involves the burial of seven power cables in the river bottom across Baker Range and will include up to 28 interruptions of traffic in the main channel.

.SYNOPSIS FOR THE COASTAL WATERS FROM SANDY HOOK NJ TO FENWICK

ISLAND DE AND FOR DELAWARE BAY...

A cold front will continue to slowly push to our south today and

over the weekend as high pressure builds to our north through

early next week. The high will try to nose itself down the east

coast, but not fully make its way into our area. This high will

retreat north and eastward by Tuesday and Wednesday as an area of

low pressure lifts northward offshore of the east coast and a

cold front approaches from the west around the middle to end of

next week.
