<span-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:black;mso-fareast-language:EN-US">With up to 28 Delaware River Main Channel closures, the Silver Run Project will affect operations for everyone on the river for as long as two months. Vessel traffic will be
delayed both ways, and tide-constrained vessels may be more impacted. Considering the highly technical nature of burying the cables 25 feet below the river bottom and the complexity of the entire operation, planning and preparedness are key to mitigate impacts.
The Silver Run Project involves the burial of seven power cables in the river bottom across Baker Range and will include up to 28 interruptions of traffic in the main channel.

A warm front will move northward into our area today into tonight
while some weak low pressure systems track along it. A cold front
will settle southeastward across our area later tonight, then stall
just to our east and south Wednesday through Friday. Weak high
pressure will be nearby for the weekend, then the next cold front
should arrive later Monday.

8 seconds. A slight chance of showers and tstms this morning,
then a chance of showers and tstms this afternoon. Vsby 1 to 3 NM
late.
TONIGHT
S winds 15 to 20 kt with gusts up to 25 kt, becoming
SW 10 to 15 kt with gusts up to 20 kt in the late evening and
overnight. Seas 3 to 5 ft. Swell mainly from the S with a
dominant period of 8 seconds. Showers and tstms likely, mainly
in the evening. Vsby 1 to 3 NM early in the evening.
WED
W winds 5 to 10 kt, becoming NW early in the afternoon,
then becoming NE around 5 kt late. Seas 3 to 4 ft. Swell mainly
from the S with a dominant period of 7 seconds. A chance of
showers early in the morning.
