ISLAND DE AND FOR DELAWARE BAY...

 A low pressure system will progress from Ontario to New England

through tonight. The associated cold front will move through our

region Thursday morning. Another cold front will progress through

the Northeast Friday and Friday night, followed by high pressure

for the weekend. However, the front will likely stall to our south

and may begin to influence the region's weather early next week.

TODAY

NW winds 10 to 15 kt with gusts up to 20 kt, becoming W

5 to 10 kt early this afternoon, then becoming SW 10 to 15 kt

late. Seas 3 to 4 ft. Swell mainly from the E with a dominant

period of 8 seconds.

TONIGHT

SW winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas around 3 ft early in the

evening, then 2 ft or less, then 3 to 4 ft in the late evening

and overnight. Swell mainly from the E with a dominant period of

8 seconds.  A chance of showers late.

THU

W winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 3 to 4 ft. Swell mainly from the

S with a dominant period of 7 seconds.  A chance of showers early

in the morning.

THU NIGHT

SW winds 5 to 10 kt. Seas 2 ft or less. Swell mainly

from the E with a dominant period of 9 seconds.

SW winds 10 to 15 kt. Seas around 3 ft. A chance of

showers in the afternoon.
