The Maritime Exchange is forwarding the following dredging information from the U.S. Coast for your information:

MSIB 44-18 Dredge New York Hydraulic Hammer Operations

Beginning November 8, 2018 and continuing through approximately November 30, 2018, the dredge NEW YORK will be conducting hydraulic hammer operations in and around Marcus Hook Range. Operations will take place 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Vessels wishing to transit in the vicinity of the dredge NEW YORK should contact the dredge at least 1 hour prior to arrival, and again 30 minutes prior to arrival in order to arrange safe passage. The dredge can be contacted via VHF-FM Channel 13 or 16.

ISLAND DE AND FOR DELAWARE BAY...

 Low pressure will move up the coast this morning and into New

England this afternoon. High pressure will gradually build in from

the west through Wednesday night, before moving across to the

north of our area on Thursday. An area of low pressure will

develop off of the southeast coast late Wednesday, then track up

through the Mid Atlantic Thursday into Friday. High pressure will

then return later Friday through the weekend.

SE winds 15 to 20 kt, becoming NW this morning and

afternoon. Gusts up to 30 kt. Seas 4 to 6 ft. Swell mainly from

the SE with a dominant period of 7 seconds. Rain likely early this

morning, then scattered showers late this morning and afternoon.

Vsby 1 to 3 NM early this morning.

TONIGHT

NW winds around 20 kt with gusts up to 30 kt. Seas

4 to 6 ft. Swell mainly from the SE with a dominant period of

9 seconds.

WED

NW winds 15 to 20 kt with gusts up to 30 kt. Seas 3 to

5 ft. Swell mainly from the SE with a dominant period of

9 seconds.

WED NIGHT

NE winds 10 to 15 kt. Gusts up to 20 kt. Seas 3 to

4 ft. Swell mainly from the SE with a dominant period of

9 seconds.

THU

NE winds 15 to 20 kt with gusts up to 25 kt, becoming E

20 to 25 kt with gusts up to 40 kt in the afternoon. Seas 4 to

7 ft, building to 7 to 10 ft in the afternoon. Rain.

E winds 25 to 30 kt with gusts up to 40 kt. Seas

8 to 11 ft. Rain.

W winds 20 to 25 kt, becoming NW in the afternoon. Seas

7 to 10 ft, subsiding to 4 to 7 ft in the afternoon. Rain, mainly

in the morning.
