The Maritime Exchange is forwarding the following MSIB from the United States Coast Guard for your information.

MSIB 24-18 DIVING OPERATION IN MARCUS HOOK ANCHORAGE (CHANGE 3)

The Captain of the Port (COTP), Delaware Bay, is notifying mariners that Commerce Construction will be conducting surveying and diving operations in Marcus Hook Anchorage No. 7 on the Delaware River, beginning on April 30, 2018 through June 30, 2018.

 .SYNOPSIS FOR THE COASTAL WATERS FROM SANDY HOOK NJ TO FENWICK

ISLAND DE AND FOR DELAWARE BAY...

 High pressure will be across the region today, but will then move

offshore tonight. Low pressure and its associated fronts will affect

the weather Wednesday and into the beginning of Wednesday night.

More high pressure returns for Thursday, and it should remain through

the weekend. Low pressure and an upper trough will arrive for the

beginning of next week.

the E with a dominant period of 7 seconds.  A chance of showers

and tstms in the afternoon.
