IT IS THEN ANTICIPATED TO  PROGRESS THROUGH NEW YORK STATE AND NEW ENGLAND ON TUESDAY NIGHT  BEFORE MOVING OUT TO SEA. THE LOW IS FORECAST TO PULL A COLD FRONT  THROUGH OUR REGION ON TUESDAY NIGHT.
